Shipping & Returns Policy

Following are the ‘terms and conditions’ that constitute our Shipping Policy for a favourable shopping experience.

Domestic Shipping:

  • All orders, at Credsto, are processed within 3-7 business days. Orders are not send delivered or shipped during holidays.
  • If there is a high volume of orders, there is a chance that shipments maybe delayed (by just a few days). Please make sure to allow additional days in transit for the delivery to take place.
  • If there is a significant delay due to any internal, social, political, or environmental conditions, you will be notified about the same through email or via telephone.

Shipping Fee:

The shipping fee is usually calculated on the actual weight or volumetric weight, according to whichever stands higher. This is to account for purchased items that are lightweight and still occupy a large shipping space.If you are shipping a COD shipment, you'll be charged an additional cost for cash handling

Note: The price will vary according to the delivery partners.

Here, the terms mentioned in the table mean the following:

  • Local (Intracity): Item/good shipped within a city.
  • Zonal (Intrazonal): Item/good shipped within the specified borders of a zone.
    (North, South, East, West)
  • National (Interzone): Items/goods shipped across every zone.

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking:

You will receive an order confirmation message. Soon after, a shipping confirmation email once your order is shipped. It will be inclusive of your tracking number. The tracking number for your order will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties, & Taxes:

Credsto does not hold responsibility for any customs or taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed on the order is the due responsibility of the customer concerned (taxes, tariffs, etc.)

Damages:

Credsto is not liable for the damage of any products. If you received any of your orders damaged, please contact the shipment carrier. Make sure you save all the packaging materials and damaged goods as proof before filing a claim.

RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY 

Credsto’s ‘Return & Refund Policy’ has a piece of detailed information on the options and procedures for returning your respective orders. video (Make sure the video begins with the sealed package since it will be inspected before being claimed.) of unboxing is compulsory for claiming return & refund policy. Get in touch with us for any queries, complaints, requests, or problems.

We allow Return & Exchange of the items purchased from credsto within the specified days from the date of delivery as mentioned below.

  • Return & Exchange is allowed provided the product is in original condition i.e., unused, unwashed, unaltered, untampered & in saleable condition with original tags, invoice & packaging intact.
  • All products received will undergo quality check after the product has been received at our Warehouse/ Store.  If the product picked does not pass the quality check refund will not be initiated.

Please note that all exchanges are subject to stock availability.

 Additionally, the given below guidelines are also applicable: 

  • We do not accept any Return & Exchange for First Citizen Card, Gift vouchers, Gift Cards and E-Gift vouchers 
  • We do not accept any Return & Exchange of any altered products. 
  • We do not accept any Return & Exchange for Inner wear i.e., Lingerie and Night ware for hygiene purpose. 

If any product is not received in good condition, is damage or defective, or if product delivered is different, you may return the product in unused, in its original condition with original tags and original packaging (along with boxes if any. For e.g., Shoes to be sent along with the brand shoe box) within the specified days from the date of delivery.

Not all products have refund and exchange policy which we sell. 

All Return/Exchange requests through either of the product will be initiated only after the product passes the physical quality check. We may take approximately 7-10 working days to complete your request.
